living in a box. words such as letterbox, doorknob, knocker and carpet are outdated and no longer needed. - artist book

Penchant for destroying the familiar, splitting a hair for the sake of equilibrium and stepping closer to something that can only improve steps that need steps. It’s about living in cramped conditions and dissatisfaction with modern living, the images in the book are organically exquisite and the text is summed up without any coherent message. This book is the first stage of a work in progress based on our own experience of living in a studio flat the size of a shoe box.

This is a project in collaboration with Ivan Richards. All the text contained in the book and the above blurb are by Ivan.
